Found on the street · Given a second life

Same object.
Different song.

A small studio run by my mother. She spots what other people leave at the kerb: a chair with good bones, a chest of drawers waiting for a second chapter. Then she brings it home to strip, mend, and rework by hand until it's ready to sing again.

The workshop

Rescued from the pavement. Restored by hand.

Nothing here was bought at auction. Every piece was found abandoned on a street somewhere, carried home, and slowly brought back to life: sanded, repaired, refinished, sometimes rebuilt into something new.
